The challenge

Field operations were crippled by manual processes. Couriers managed daily routes of 20-100 packages using fragmented Excel sheets and an unoptimized internal dashboard, leading to high operational latency.

The Approach

Engineered a 0-to-1 mobile application from a raw PRD. I translated complex requirements into rapid wireframes, built a rigorous mobile design library, and focused heavily on environmental ergonomics (Dark Mode, sunlight visibility, thumb-zone reachability).

The ımpact

Fully automated the delivery lifecycle. Replaced manual data entry with a streamlined app that reduced cognitive load and significantly increased daily package flow.

01 / FOUNDATION

Wireframing the Operational Logic

Before TeslimX, couriers had no dedicated mobile tool. My mandate was to translate a dense, API-first requirements document into an intuitive application.

I developed comprehensive wireframes to map out offline-first data syncing and enforce a strict business rule: enable couriers to complete any delivery flow in a maximum of 3 clicks.

02 / Environmental UI

Adaptive UI: Dark Mode & Ergonomics

A courier's working environment is hostile to bad UX. I engineered the interface for true mobility: forcing all primary CTAs into the bottom 1/3 of the screen for one-handed thumb reach. I designed precise Light and Dark mode alterations to ensure perfect legibility, whether under glaring outdoor sunlight or during late-night shift deliveries, strictly adhering to 4.5:1 WCAG contrast ratios.

03 / Execution

Building the Mobile Design Library

To accelerate development and ensure cross-platform consistency (iOS/Android), I built a robust mobile component library from the ground up. By creating custom iconography, scalable typography assets, and standardized form components, I provided engineering with a frictionless handoff package that met all accessibility standards.

04 / OUTCOME

The Result: Automated Logistics at Scale
